Positivity Unisex T-Shirt
There was a time when much of my work centred on exploring positivity and the way we could bring more positive experiences into our everyday lives. I was fascinated by the research into positive emotions and the difference that appreciation, kindness and a shift in perspective could make.
This T-shirt comes from that earlier chapter of my work. It's a simple reminder of an idea I was passionate about sharing: the way we direct our attention matters.
My work has since evolved towards developing the Watcher Mind and understanding the patterns that shape our experience, but I thought this design was still worth sharing with those who appreciate its message.
